Shipping & returns

At Bottine, shipping and returns are free in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg for orders over 30 euros. If you order before 3 p.m. through the webshop, you can receive a package as early as the next business day.

When we deliver to regions other than the above, you should expect a longer delivery time of 2 to 5 working days. This delivery is then a surcharge depending on the country. The return delivery charge is the same as the shipping charge.

Returning

Do the shoes not fit properly, is it the wrong size, do you not like the color of your new bag after all...? No problem, you can return your purchase free of charge in Belgium within 30 days of receipt.

Can I return my order for free?

From Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg you can return your purchase free of charge within 14 days. You just have to paste the return ticket attached to your order on the box and take it to a postal point. We will take care of a refund as soon as we receive your package in good condition. Items purchased during special offers or sales can also be returned.

Returns to our webshop via Bpost: Stick the return label attached to your order on the return box. Bring it inside at a postal point.
