All prices are clearly stated with each product and include VAT.

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge within 14 days after receipt in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Shipping and returns
At Bottine, shipping and returns are free in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg for orders over 50 euros. If you order before 3 p.m. through the webshop, you can receive a package as early as the next business day.
When we deliver to regions other than the above, you should expect a longer delivery time of 2 to 5 working days. This delivery is then a surcharge depending on the country. The return charge is the same as the shipping charge.
From Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg you can return your purchase within 14 days for free. You just have to stick the return ticket attached to your order on the box and bring it in to a postal point. We will take care of a refund as soon as we receive your package in good condition. Items purchased during special offers or sales can also be returned.
Returns via our Bottine store: please bring your invoice, return form and article.
Returns to our webshop via Bpost: Stick the return label attached to your order on the return box. Bring it inside at a postal point.
Stock
At Bottine, the entire stock is located in our store in Aarschot. This means that all shoes available on our webshop are also physically present in the store. Therefore, when an item is on sale online, it can be tried on and purchased immediately in the store.
Because our stock is updated in real time, the chance of misunderstandings is minimal. In the unlikely event that an item is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible.
